Long-time Thompson Patent Law client Flyback Energy, Inc. was recently featured in the Spokane Journal of Business for its success based largely around the disruptive technology in its US Patent No. 7,602,157 entitled “Supply Architecture for Inductive Loads.”
Flyback Energy’s innovation involves a switch that captures and recycles the power that is otherwise burned up as waste heat in an inductive load. The energy that is saved can substantially increase the efficiency of a wide range of consumer and commercial devices.
This amazing switch has many applications. For example, lighting systems, electric cars, wireless devices, or aerospace could all really benefit from this technology.
